Slowly and gently push the bottom of the cardboard tube towards the top by a couple of millimeters. Apply the deodorant in a thin layer to clean and dry armpits and stay fresh all day. Do not apply to damaged skin or immediately after shaving. Discontinue use if the skin in the armpit area becomes irritated or a rash appears.
